David T. Powers came on board with T. S. Good Church Organ Company in April 2007. He and his wife, Gayle, are previous referrers of multiple Rodgers organs and the T. S. Good Church Organ Company to churches in the company’s northern Ohio territory.
David has been an active church organist and choir director since 1972. He studied organ at Kent State University with Dr. John Ferguson and Kirby Koriath and composition with Dr. Walter Watson. He has worked in the educational sheet music business for over 30 years at Educator ’s Music Annex in Lakewood, OH, serving many of Northeastern Ohio ’s church musicians, as well as band, orchestra and choral directors from area schools.
As past dean of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, David maintains passionate interest in the welfare of the organ as an instrument for leading worship as well as for the rich body of literature for the King of Instruments.
Jeff Hoile is a one of the true craftsmen working in the organ industry today. His attention to detail in the design and construction of organ casework is nationally renowned. Jeff oversees virtually all of the organ installations for TS Good. He coordinates every aspect of the installation including digital audio, pipes, casework, and custom console enhancements. Many of Jeff’s innovative designs have been incorporated into RODGERS custom offerings in their ROA (RODGERS Organ Architect) program. Jeff has three decades of experience in woodworking/ finish carpentry and has been with TS Good since 1995.
